Pearson Honda is seeking a Full-Time Phone agent working with the BDC Service department. Previous BDC customer service experience is preferred. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department including handling inbound phone calls, and customer retention, for the service department. The right individual will be a self-starter, with a track record of success in delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of XTIME Software a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume of inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
• Be a liaison between customers and the service department
• Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects
• Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
• Assist in generating reports and logs

Requirements:

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Excellent phone,organizational, written, and oral skills
• Positive Attitude
• Good verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Willing to work some Saturdays shifts
• Drive to succeed customer expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
